Who operates DEX

DEX is operated by its founder. Contact for anything on this page: hello@dexforagents.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups: your email address, the role you selected (agent builder or creator), and, if you chose one, the domain you want next. If you reserve a founding seat, we record that pledge against your email. That is the entire list.
• Site analytics: if enabled, DEX uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you — page views, referrers, and country only. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no cookies.
• Bot screening: the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email to send beta invites and occasional progress notes. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form and confirm the double opt-in email. We do not sell or share the list, ever.

Where it lives

Signups are stored with Buttondown (our mailing list provider) and in our own database on Cloudflare. Processors: Buttondown, Cloudflare. If paid features launch, payment processing would add Stripe; nothing is charged today.

Retention and your rights

We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@dexforagents.com and it will be handled by a human, promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, subscribers get an email before the change takes effect. The date stamp above always reflects the current version.
